• Support seller team in closing deals with customers.
• Advocate for customer needs with internal partners.
• Conduct client discovery and build business requirements.
• Negotiate business terms and scope with customers.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer with internal teams.
• Transition knowledge to Implementation and Client Success teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Travel for prospect and customer meetings as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience or 5 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in drafting statements of work and RFP responses.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting.
