Business Development Representative - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Representative supports Cumberland Heights’ mission of transforming lives, giving hope and healing to those affected by alcohol or drug addiction.

In Short

• Drive company growth through strategic planning and relationship-building.
• Identify new markets and foster partnerships.
• Conduct individual and group tours and luncheons.
• Represent Cumberland Heights at conferences.
• Provide community outreach and training.
• Maintain records of contacts and follow-ups.
• Coordinate mobile assessments with admissions.
• Construct monthly operating and marketing reports.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of two years marketing experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to deescalate crises calmly.
• Knowledge of drug/alcohol treatment options.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Two years of verifiable abstinence if recovering.
