Together with one of the leading developers of safety technologies, DINA Elektronik GmbH, we are looking for a Project Buyer for electronic components (m/f/d) at the location of Stuttgart (or Wolfschlugen) with a very flexible remote option!

In Short

• Project purchasing: Close collaboration with development teams to understand requirements for electronic components early and ensure that the necessary materials are available on time and in the highest quality.
• Component management: Selection and qualification of new electronic components in close cooperation with the development department. Continuously reviewing and optimizing our component portfolio.
• Supplier management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic suppliers. Evaluating and developing new suppliers to identify the best procurement sources.
• Strategic purchasing: Developing and implementing procurement strategies to maximize cost efficiency and ensure the availability and quality of components.
• Operational purchasing: Handling daily purchasing processes, including price negotiations, order management, and monitoring delivery dates.
• Risk management: Identifying and managing procurement risks to ensure the continuity and quality of our supply chains.
• Market analysis: Monitoring market trends, recognizing opportunities and risks early, and acting accordingly.
• Sustainability: Integrating sustainable procurement practices and minimizing the ecological footprint of our products.

Requirements

• Experience: Several years of experience in purchasing electronic components, ideally in a technology-oriented company.
• Expertise: Solid knowledge in the area of electronic components and supplier management as well as experience in project purchasing and collaboration with development teams.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a high level of problem-solving competence.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
