Overview

As a Senior Credit Card Operations Manager at Crypto.com, you will oversee and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of our initiatives.

In Short

• Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card.
• Manage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks.
• Monitor program KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting between fiat and crypto flows.
• Coordinate incident responses and resolutions related to card operations.
• Develop and document operational processes and SLAs.
• Serve as the go-to expert for card program operations.
• Manage marketing collateral and events activation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in card operations, fintech, or crypto financial services.
• Deep understanding of card issuing flows and compliance standards.
• Strong project management skills with a bias toward execution.
• Familiarity with crypto concepts and a passion for Web3.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Bonus: Experience launching or scaling a card product at a fintech or crypto startup.
