Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Transactions) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst oversees the day-to-day technical operations, performance, and management of the Firm’s key accounting systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Chrome River and ARCS3. The Senior Analyst is responsible for resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

• Manage the firm's Elite 3E billing and accounts payable systems.
• Develop proactive measures to prevent recurring financial issues.
• Advise on transaction masking and resolve balance discrepancies.
• Lead financial systems projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Implement modifications to improve system functionality.
• Track and resolve issues related to financial systems.
• Act as liaison between finance and IT stakeholders.
• Execute key tasks in the month-end financial close process.
• Maintain documentation on financial operation setups.

Requirements

• Experience with legal finance software, particularly Elite 3E.
• Proficiency in SQL and Elite 3E SQL data schema.
• Ability to independently resolve financial systems issues.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Highly organized with project management skills.
• Effective communication skills for simplifying complex issues.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
