Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager at CrowdStrike, you will be a key business partner for our European Sales organization, driving governance and sales execution through data analysis and strategic planning.

In Short

• Support the Central European Sales Operations team.
• Build and run CrowdStrike’s Sales Operations Strategy.
• Analyze data to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and support operational and strategic reporting.
• Monitor and optimize sales performance.
• Define KPIs for the Sales Organization.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline process.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance consistency.
• Execute sales program prioritization and reporting.
• Identify improvements to Salesforce and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Strategy.
• Experience with Salesforce.com required.
• MS Excel power user.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
