In Short

Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
Architect large scale distributed tracing/metrics platforms.
Participate in retros and planning meetings.
Conduct 'lunch and learn' demos for new POCs.
Review and approve new design proposals.
Experience with Observability and Tracing tools.
Experience with Kubernetes and software development.
Work in cloud environments like AWS & GCP.
Experience in TDD, CI/CD, and Chaos Engineering.
8+ years of industry experience required.

Requirements

Experience in Observability and Tracing (Otel, Tempo, Sentry).
Experience in Observability and Metrics (Prometheus, Thanos).
Software development experience, preferably with Kubernetes operators.
Experience in large-scale Linux environments.
Proven ability to work with local and remote teams.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with OSS projects is a bonus.
Knowledge of SRE, DevOps, and GitOps practices.
