Overview

The Global Program Manager, Field Enablement at CrowdStrike will lead the development and management of enablement programs to equip field teams with the necessary skills and resources to effectively represent CrowdStrike solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in SaaS or technology, preferably in sales enablement.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate global business operations.
• Ability to influence and engage with various personalities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Familiarity with global program design and adult learning principles preferred.
• Experience with software like SFDC, Asana, and G-Suite.
