Overview

The Customer Success Manager will develop expertise in using CrowdSec and assist with Discord support and client support, focusing on managing Proof of Value (PoV) lists and post-sales Customer Success Management (CSM).

In Short

  • Manage PoV lists and ensure updated actions and dates.
  • Follow up with clients and involve tech support as needed.
  • Assist in setting up PoV onboarding and access.
  • Organize debrief sessions for PoVs.
  • Onboard new or renewed clients with onboarding calls.
  • Schedule periodic feedback meetings for clients.
  • Plan quarterly workshops and maintain update decks.
  • Triage Zendesk tickets and manage support tasks.
  • Assist with automations and support templates.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Technical understanding of cybersecurity products.
