Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic media.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Technical knowledge to troubleshoot media platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build agency capabilities.
  • Passion for integrated strategy and execution.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize.
  • Desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
