• Serve as the first point of contact with employees needing technical assistance.

• Assist with onboarding new hires from an IT perspective.

Requirements

• Proficient in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior help desk or support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop computers.
• Experience supporting Apple Mac hardware and OSX operating systems.
• Excellent customer service skills via various communication methods.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and ticketing systems.
• Leadership skills to manage projects and teams.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud computing, and MDM solutions.
• Ability to work off-hours when necessary.
• Strong technical and organizational skills.
