Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in one of the Nordic languages to join a global support team for a leading technology company, offering a dynamic and multicultural work environment in Lisbon.

  • Previous customer support experience is desirable.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Icelandic.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like CRM systems.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
