Overview

Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking an experienced and strategic Growth Program Director to lead Team Grow, responsible for driving firm-level growth initiatives during the Grow phase of our onboarding journey for newly acquired firms.

In Short

• Serve as a consultative partner to Regional VPs to assess firm performance and identify key growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance on which growth levers to prioritize for each firm.
• Lead the creation of firm-specific growth roadmaps.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure proposed growth initiatives are feasible.
• Oversee the development of scalable tools for consistent growth planning.
• Monitor progress of growth initiatives across firms.
• Prepare executive-level updates for leadership forums.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the Growth team.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture within Team Grow.
• Maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in professional services or consulting.
• Proven track record of working with senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of professional services business models.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate diverse personalities.
• Experience building and managing small teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
