Launch Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The Launch Success Manager is responsible for executing deployment projects and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for partners.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day deployment tasks for new partner onboarding using a structured playbook
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track progress and align on key milestones
• Lead or participate in partner calls to provide updates and manage expectations
• Maintain documentation and project tracking dashboards for each launch
• Identify issues early and escalate as necessary to keep launches on track

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, or operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM, project management, and/or workflow tools
