Overview

As a member of the Customer Service Desk your focus is to deliver support and solutions to the customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs, resolving post Go Live non-technical and technical inquiries regarding the Oracle HCM suite of applications.

In Short

• Manage support tickets from initial reporting to resolution.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems related to Oracle cloud services.
• Research customer inquiries to provide the best solution.
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding technical issues.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM maintenance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain documentation of customer interactions.
• Cross-train in all cloud applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud core modules.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working productively in a remote model.
• Must be located in the EST time zone.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
