Business Analyst - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team at Credibly, where we leverage technology and data science to provide small businesses with access to capital solutions.

• Analyze system requirements and behavior.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with technical teams for accurate information.
• Create tutorials and training materials.
• Review and edit documentation by technical team members.
• Maintain documentation in knowledge management systems.
• Work in a hybrid remote/in-office setting.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience required.
• Familiarity with fintech is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in technical writing, preferably in software development.
• 1+ years with test automation concepts.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
• Knowledge of programming concepts (Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
