Overview

An Account Manager at CRED AI will help build and scale the customer and revenue expansion engine, managing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

In Short

  • Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and influence product roadmap.
  • Maintain accurate account data and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing renewals and driving account expansion.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in early-stage environments.
  • A curious, coachable mindset with a bias toward action.
