Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will be the primary technical point of contact for customer interactions, focusing on integration setup and post-sale issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with logs, REST APIs, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and environments.
  • Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience using support tooling.
  • Proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to flex hours for different time zones.
