Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters, develop and enhance test automation frameworks, and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

In Short

• Provide expert opinion and guidance on business & quality parameters
• Develop test automation framework and enhance it based on project needs
• Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
• Ensure manual and automation test execution are carried out as per defined standards
• Manage and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development
• Develop automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Java, TestNG, etc.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Take initiative to learn new things and share findings
• Assist in recruiting software testing talent

Requirements

• Experience in test automation and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, TestNG, APPIUM, Jenkins, Maven
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in regression and performance testing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience in recruiting is a plus
