Full-Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Python/Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS — and knows how to use Claude Code to move faster, write cleaner code, and ship production-grade systems efficiently. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Build and manage APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS.
• Use Claude Code for intelligent code generation and refactoring.
• Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas and performance tuning.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds on AWS.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Write clean and modular code adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to maintain technical excellence.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, and React.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Strong background in PostgreSQL database design.
• Expertise in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Working knowledge of Claude Code or similar tools.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and code quality discipline.
