Overview

We are hiring a Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator to support a high-performing revenue cycle team. This is a fully remote role focused on billing, claims resolution, and reimbursement within the home infusion space.

In Short

• Manage home infusion billing and reimbursement workflows
• Handle accounts receivable and payor collections (not patient collections)
• Resolve complex claims and denials
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
• Work cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and turnaround
• Maintain documentation and billing records in internal systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of home infusion billing experience
• 2+ years in reimbursement / AR / payor collections
• Experience with front-end billing + claims resolution
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
