We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for an AI/Marketplace startup. This is a great opportunity for those who prefer to take action rather than plan, and who enjoy learning and experimenting.

• Focus on B2B: Lead generation, nurturing & sales enablement.
• Focus on B2C: Candidate acquisition & activation.
• Involves brand building, content, social media, CRM, public relations, marketing automation, events & trade shows.
• Passion for marketing, product, AI, and automation.
• Several years of experience in digital marketing/growth, ideally in a startup.
• Education in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar.
• Strong hands-on mentality, solution-oriented, and pragmatic.
• Analytical thinking and experience with data analysis & performance campaigns.
• Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, Metabase, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, and Figma.
• Fluent in German (C-Level) and good English (B-Level).

Requirements

• Self-organization, prioritization & project responsibility.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to Germany.
