Requirements

• Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Several years of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
• Initial experience in B2B marketing and AI tools.
• Strong hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach.
• Analytical thinking and experience with data analysis and performance campaigns.
• Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, and others.
• Self-organization and project responsibility.
• Fluent in German (C-Level) and good English (B-Level).
