The NewRich Network is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast growing company. Digital Marketing Managers at NewRich Network will be assigned multiple accounts and work to improve campaign performance to achieve positive ROI. This person must be data-driven and use a combination of technology, problem-solving, and psychology to make online paid advertising profitable.

In Short

• Manage and execute digital marketing projects from start to finish.
• Own and deliver effective campaign marketing for designated products and web properties.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to support customer acquisition goals.
• Manage keywords and site placements.
• Review daily ad spend, revenue and campaign activities.
• Create ad messaging for Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Analyze existing ads and make strategic recommendations for improvements.
• Manage monthly Google Ads and Meta ad budgets.
• Track and report on account performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Identify opportunities and create strategic plans to improve web visibility and conversions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute marketing plan activities.

Requirements

• 5 years experience as a digital marketing manager at an e-commerce or tech company.
• 3 years experience in running paid ad campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• 2 years experience using the Google Marketing Platform or similar.
• Passion for digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently with oversight.
• Enjoy continual learning and adaptability.
