Overview

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant who does more than just "check boxes." This role involves owning our marketing engine to ensure the founder can focus on coaching and serving clients.

• Build and maintain funnels and automations within Systeme.io
• Draft and schedule newsletters and email campaigns
• Plan and schedule social media content
• Review master calendar and create marketing plans
• 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing or as a Systems VA
• High-level Business English proficiency required

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Digital Marketing/Systems VA or Marketing Project Manager
• Technical CRM mastery of Systeme.io or similar platforms
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Mission-driven attitude
