The Senior Full Stack Engineer will focus on Support & Observability, working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while collaborating with engineering teams to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer-first mindset and a humble attitude.
• Able to work the night shift.
