Overview

The Seller Support organization at Coupang is responsible for planning and operating systems for compensating sellers for their losses. This involves establishing compensation criteria based on e-commerce laws and Coupang's terms and reviewing sellers' compensation requests accordingly.

In Short

  • Review seller compensation requests based on internal criteria
  • Process compensation for product prices and shipping costs (online consultation only)
  • Perform general administrative support tasks
  • Contract position with potential for regular employment after 3 months
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour break)
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Must have internet installed at home
  • Company laptop provided upon joining
  • May require visiting headquarters for asset receipt or training
  • Must hold a disability registration certificate

Requirements

  • Possession of a disability registration certificate
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in a related field is preferred
