GTM Data Engineer - Remote

In Short

• We’re looking for a true GTM data rockstar to help us set up our GTM infrastructure.
• Work closely with our Marketing team and collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Scale our sales and marketing stack by integrating tools with our CRM and product.
• Own the data warehouse and company data model with our Data Engineer.
• Drive operational efficiency of our campaigns through automation.
• Help automate outreach operations using AI agents.
• Work autonomously and take responsibility for building and scaling GTM data pipelines.
• Experience coding with Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience using dbt and implementing a clean data stack.
• Engage with customers from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a GTM engineer or data engineer.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
• Passionate about automation and process improvement.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud services.
• Familiar with dbt and data stack implementation.
• Willingness to work with customers.
