Overview

We are seeking an exceptional software engineer to help shape Count’s next stage of growth, focusing on technical projects at the intersection of software development, data engineering, analytics, and DevOps infrastructure.

• Own technical projects to automate and scale processes.
• Work closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a backend/platform engineer.
• Deep expertise in Python and reliable backend services.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience with containerization (Docker/k8s).
• Familiarity with data pipelines (SQL, dbt, Airbyte).
• Strong interest in automation and process improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver projects.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
