Overview

As a Sales Leader at Corvus Robotics, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets in the field of autonomous inventory management solutions.

• Own the company’s revenue number and growth rate.
• Hire, train, and manage Account Executives.
• Tweak sales tactics for optimal deal size and sales cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders.

• Experience in taking a company from single-digit millions to $30M+ revenue.
• Remote role with occasional travel to headquarters.

• Experience with technologically differentiated products is preferred.
• Nice to have experience in hardware, robotics, or AI sales.

Requirements

• Proven track record of revenue growth in a startup environment.
• Experience selling to director-level and above in large companies.
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
• Experience with seven-figure ARR deals.
• Familiarity with sales through channel partners is a plus.
• Experience with customer success management is beneficial.
