Full Time Remote Counselor

Overview

Cortica is looking for a remote, full time Counselor to join its growing multi-disciplinary team for our Torrance, CA clients!

In Short

• Provide counseling services to children, parents, siblings, and other caregivers.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Utilize empirically supported therapeutic approaches.
• Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with others.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Deliver direct client counseling services through telehealth.
• Engage in additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Current unrestricted license to practice independently.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of psychotherapy treatment approaches.
• 1+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Ability to obtain licensure in all states where eligible.
