In Short

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) support ~25-30 Learners in virtual training programs.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure Learner comprehension.
• Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures when applicable.
• Hold up to six Individual Office Hours via Zoom with Learners.
• Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects.
• Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings.
• Support continuous program improvement with feedback.
• Engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding.
• Foster discussion and share resources in Slack channels.

Requirements

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising, preferably with teaching experience.
• Desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles.
• Empathy, flexibility, and patience in working with diverse learners.
• A+ or Network+ certification is an asset.
