• Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction.
• Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content.
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Fellows.
• Collaborate closely with operations personnel for smooth program delivery.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and interact courteously with all participants.
• Be responsive and empathetic to Fellows during lessons.
• Foster a positive learning environment and culture.
• Contribute to course improvement through feedback.
• Possess a degree in a Computer Science related field or relevant experience.

Requirements

• Excellent educator with a passion for teaching.
• Degree in a Computer Science related field or industry experience.
• Outstanding team and people management skills.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software basics.
• Knowledge of operating systems and network security.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and cloud computing.
• Ability to engage and manage large groups of learners.
