In Short

• Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction.
• Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content.
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Fellows.
• Collaborate closely with operations personnel for smooth program delivery.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in interactions.
• Be responsive and empathetic to Fellows during lessons.
• Contribute to course improvement through feedback.
• Must have 6-8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Teaching experience with adult learners is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Linux+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Must be an Amazon Authorized Instructor (AAI).
• Fluent in English with professional verbal and writing skills.
