Overview

The Growth Lead is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy and execution through a data-driven, systematic approach. Their mission is to identify opportunities, prioritize experiments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale impact on key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR funnel).

• Lead and facilitate the growth hacking process, establishing a prioritized experiment backlog.
