Junior Growth Marketer - Remote

Overview

The Junior Growth Marketer is responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns aimed at increasing adoption of a new mobile app targeted at microfinance clients. They will work alongside product and marketing teams to execute data-driven strategies focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.

In Short

• Launch digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, SMS, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Suggest and implement improvements based on conversion, click-through, and retention data.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create culturally relevant and engaging assets.
• Assist in A/B testing to optimize messaging, visuals, calls to action, and segmentation.
• Properly segment clients by behavior, region, or digital profile.
• Document results, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Understand and adapt to client digital barriers and needs.
