Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The primary responsibility of the Project Manager 3 position is to facilitate quality and accurate Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded as well as prompt, courteous and professional responses to customer requests.

• Master low, medium, and high complexity technical projects
• Process orders, quotations, and inquiries efficiently
• Communicate drawing and shipping schedules
• Verify pricing accuracy
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Analyze Change Orders and their impact
• Communicate effectively with other departments
• Improve understanding of products and procedures
• Read and interpret architectural plans
• Collaborate with personnel across departments

Requirements

• Proven ability in managing technical projects
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Understanding of construction fundamentals
• Ability to read architectural plans
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
