• Work closely with hiring leaders to accomplish ambitious hiring goals.
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging top talent.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of candidates.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs.
• Proactively source, screen, and engage passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
