In Short

• Lead the global capacity delivery team to ensure timely cloud infrastructure capacity.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of delivery TPMs.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps for compute, storage, and network capacity.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to align capacity execution with revenue targets.
• Define and execute comprehensive project plans for delivery projects.
• Identify and manage critical paths and dependencies for on-time delivery.
• Serve as the point of contact for program-level updates.
• Monitor project progress using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience building and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process knowledge and ability to drive process automation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to cloud services and data center technology.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Agility to navigate a fast-evolving landscape.
• Expertise with cloud infrastructure and networking.
