• Lead the development of foundational data models for Business Intelligence Engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Own the creation and maintenance of star and snowflake schemas.
• Set standards for dimensional modeling best practices.
• Create and optimize key datasets and metrics for tracking business health.
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and data science teams.
• Engineer and optimize data storage using analytical formats.
• Tune and optimize data in MPP databases.
• Collaborate on data workflows using Airflow.
• Ensure efficient processing of large datasets.
• Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of programming experience in Python or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling.
• Expertise in analytical table/file formats.
• Proven experience optimizing MPP databases.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Airflow and distributed computing frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
