In Short

• Develop and maintain complex capacity models for datacenter planning.
• Perform scenario analysis to advise on infrastructure projects.
• Analyze power and cooling utilization trends for optimizations.
• Support site selection and expansion strategies.
• Work with operations and planning teams to align deployments.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for capacity management.
• Apply data analysis for strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives for capacity planning.
• Analyze infrastructure changes and provide feedback.
• Partner with teams to execute hardware deployment plans.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in datacenter capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution and cooling systems.
• Understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Experience managing large data structures (Excel, SQL).
• Ability to make recommendations in ambiguous environments.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in creating and streamlining processes.
• Familiarity with DCIM tools preferred.
