A proactive and organized Legal Talent Manager based in Colombia to help identify, screen, and manage top-tier legal support professionals for U.S. clients.

In Short

• Fully remote role open to applicants based in Colombia.
• Full-time work hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Screen and interview candidates for legal support roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and training with clients.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for contractors and clients.
• Track attendance and job performance.
• Assist in scaling talent pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Provide feedback and resolve performance issues.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent coordination.
• Experience managing remote contractors or teams.
• Understanding of U.S. personal injury law firms preferred.
• Bilingual fluency with strong English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working on Pacific Time hours.
• All candidates must complete an English and critical thinking assessment.
