Overview

We’re seeking a Bilingual Information Architect who can plan and organize web content so everyday consumers can easily find what they need and enjoy a frictionless experience.

In Short

• Part-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Colombia Time).
• Fully remote, open to applicants based in Colombia only.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers.
• Focus on user-centered content architecture for B2C audiences.
• Implement or guide content architecture in a headless CMS.
• Incorporate SEO best practices into information architecture decisions.
• Adapt architecture for different B2C brands and multilingual support.
• Conduct ongoing audits and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Work with marketing and strategy teams to understand consumer behavior.
• Advocate for inclusive design and web accessibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Information Architecture or related UX/content strategy.
• Experience with B2C web experiences.
• Familiarity with consumer psychology and user behavior.
• Comfortable creating sitemaps, wireframes, and user journey maps.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams on content modeling.
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO and site structure.
• Able to identify content gaps and propose structural changes.
• Skilled at presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Open to feedback and adept at iterating solutions.
• Willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
