• Process semi-monthly multistate payroll accurately.
• Audit timesheets for correct wage distribution.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Participate in end-of-month closing and audits.
• Conduct year-end reporting for W-2s.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
• Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with payroll for 1000+ employees is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for improvement.
• Familiarity with payroll software like Namely or Workday is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of employee tax forms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
