Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in payroll and accounting role
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Deltek
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Experience with project contracts and billing requirements
