Overview

The Specialist II Intercompany position involves managing intercompany transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability.

In Short

  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to intercompany transactions.
  • Chase payment of overdue accounts.
  • Validate and resolve minor disputes.
  • Act as intermediary for major disputes.
  • Perform cash/netting applications.
  • Conduct intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Generate reports and perform analysis of accounts.
  • Maintain audit trails for compliance.
  • Apply internal controls in compliance with corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in ERP applications like Oracle and SAP.
