Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Collections Senior Analyst will supervise the AR & Collections function, ensuring effective policies, compliance, and team management to support the company’s financial goals.

• Supervise the AR & Collections team with 2-7 direct reports.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for AR & Collections.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and present reports on AR & Collections performance.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated AR issues.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 4-7 years of experience in AR & Collection.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

• Conversational English preferred.

• Understanding of credit and collection management processes.
