Overview

Copeland is seeking a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our Channel Services team as an Account Executive. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Copeland in the southeast region, working within the HVAC industry.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned wholesaler locations.
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support on Copeland products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Participate in headquarter meetings with wholesalers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead training sessions on Copeland products for wholesalers.
  • Manage customer service and escalation issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce.
  • Identify new product opportunities in the market.

Requirements

  • Background in technical sales within Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).
  • In-depth technical understanding of Copeland products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
