Requirements

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in customer service or support.
  • Solid knowledge in process analysis and optimization.

  • Experience with support and project management tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Asana).
  • High level of personal responsibility and structured work.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical thinking and strong implementation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
