Rollout Supporter (DE/EN) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and communicative Rollout Supporter to assist users with the setup and commissioning of new devices starting July 21, 2025.

In Short

• Support users with the setup and commissioning of new devices (On-site & Remote)
• Check OneDrive file synchronization on old devices
• Set up new devices
• Establish connection with LAN/WLAN
• Identify and start key applications for users
• Assist users during the Modern Authentication migration process

Requirements

• Experience in technical support (Helpdesk and/or second-level support)
• Experience with PC replacement
• Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Professional and reliable demeanor
• Technical knowledge (Windows 11, Notebook hardware)
• Experience with Windows/iOS/Android
• Experience in security and compliance (preferred, not required)
• Fluent in German and English
